Many sports drinks on the market contain artificial sweeteners and color that don’t do much to your health! If replenishing electrolytes is your goal, make your own!
Learn to make your own energy drink! ⚡️⚡️⚡️ After the heat exhaustion I went through, I have been now drinking plenty of this homemade drink!
1. Fresh Coconut water and/or water
2. Fresh squeezed Orange juice, and lime juice (or lemon juice)
3. All kinds of mix berries
4. Agave Nectar (lots of it…I like it extra sweet)
5. Himalayan Pink Salt (just a pinch)
I leave it overnight and bring it with me when I ride. I drink it throughout the day too. When I don’t have fresh coconut water, I add electrolyte powder. Baam!
Why these ingredients: They all fall under the blanket statement of being a good source of electrolytes, tasty, or both.
