1. Silk Yogurt.

I read on a vegan magazine about Silk Yogurt. I was really impressed with the taste! It was really good! They have different flavors but Vanilla is my favorite. I mix it with different fruits such as mango, banana, apple, papaya, strawberries, blueberries etc. You can find this Yogurt at Sprouts Market. The price? Less than $2.00!

3. Unsweetened Soy Milk from Trader Joe’s (My favorite)

My favorite Soy Milk from Trader Joe’s. I mix it with oats. I also add coconut sugar or agave nectar to give it a bit of flavor. What I also like about his soy milk is that I can actually pronounce each of its ingredients! There is a saying…If you can’t pronounce it, don’t’ eat it! It is true but even if It has and ingredient I don’t know anything about,  I always go online and  search. My dad is a chemical engineer so when in doubt, I just ask him! 😀

Filtered water, organic soy milk (filtered water, whole organic soybeans), organic evaporated cane syrup, tricalcium phosphate, sea salt, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D2.
